All online purchased items returned must be received within 15 days of receiving your order.
In order to receive an e-gift card, your return must meet the following:
-must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
-must include printed receipt from the order in return package
-must be unworn (no deodorant or makeup marks. no scent of perfume or washing powder.)
-must not be a sale item, only full priced items may be returned
-must have original tags attached
We will inspect all return items upon receipt - any returns which fail to comply with the above will be sent back to you.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense - we will not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage.
We will not issue a refund until we receive the item(s).

Submit a return request Click the profile icon at top right of page. 1. Log in to your account: 1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue. 2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. 3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code. 2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. 3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. 4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store. 5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
